We received a tin of F&Bs Tailor Tack which unfortunately hadn't been mixed well enough to incorporate the pigment. Thus, despite much mixing by us, it didn't give good, even coverage on the walls, and in fact left spots of pigment visible. You can judge a company by how well and swiftly they solve any problems that arise for their customers. Paint Stop were swift to respond to the issue we raised and solved it to my satisfaction. The replacement tin we received was perfect and has given lovely results on the walls. I'd definitely purchase from Paint Stop again and would recommend them.
