Thanks for shopping at Paint Stop Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please note that certain paint colours are mixed to order and can't be returned or refunded unless sent in error. Brands that are mixed to order are - Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Paint Library, Dulux Trade (including Heritage), Crown Trade, Johnstones, Craig & Rose, Zinsser, Leyland, Macphersons, Sandtex Trade & some Sadolin. Please check the product page on each product.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Mixed paint must be checked before application. Paint Stop Ltd will accept no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of a dispute if the product has been applied.
*All Paint must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit. Items damaged in return transit that can not be resold will not be refunded
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed in packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note: If you are returning a faulty item within warranty with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it can’t be repaired, you may be offered a replacement and if it can’t be replaced you may be offered a refund. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
If you have purchased an item online and would like to return it then please contact - webshop@paintstop.uk
If your item was damaged when you received it then we require proof of the damage by way of a picture clearly showing the product and the label. We will not be able to replace or refund any items without proof of the damage.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Delivery/return costs will only be refunded if the goods sent were damaged, faulty or the incorrect product.
