It provides an excellent foundation for subsequent gloss or satin topcoats, enhancing their adhesion, opacity, and overall finish. This versatile undercoat boasts good opacity, effectively obscuring previous colours and preparing the surface for a uniform finish. While it offers reliable stain blocking against minor imperfections, it's particularly valued for its smooth application and its ability to create a consistent base. For best results, allow adequate drying time (typically 16-24 hours) before applying a topcoat.
